PAYMENT:
Must accompany order.
If file is e-mailed, we will call for credit card info. Master Card / Visa / American Express Or Make check payable to: Trade Carbonless  Production Time: 5-10 working days or less, depending on additional services requested. Absolutely no order will be shipped with an outstanding balance. Shipping: FOB our plant, see UPS chart under shipping section. We do not send notice of shipment unless you have an e-mail address, we can have UPS notify you of shipment. We will drop ship to your customer, providing you send a self addressed stamped envelope to return your art, samples, and invoice to you. To receive samples and a copy of your invoice a SASE, MUST BE provided when ordering. Packing: Bulk in cartons, suitable for delivery to customer. Artwork: PDF Files Preferred via E-Mail. Make sure your pdf files are created correctly - (ie. rgb, cmyk to black issues). Additional charges may be accrued for file reconstruction. Call for other acceptable formats. Word and Publisher may accrue additional charges. All other artwork must be supplied camera ready and must have a 3/8" gripper along the 8.5" length of sheet. Screens must be supplied and art must be in positive form or you may supply negatives. We do not assume responsibility for reproduction of pre-printed screens on existing forms (drop outs, fill-ins, etc.) All artwork will be returned with order. Repeat Orders: If your order was done after 12/15/03, your art was electronically saved. To reorder , use OUR invoice number from the previously printed job. We do not save orders, artwork, or plates unless you specifically request us to. Clean, camera ready art and sample must be supplied when ordering. |
