Marginals or Changes Part to Part:
We cannot print marginals on each part. If form must have copy designation,a "legend" can be printed at the bottom of each part.
Example: White - Customer / Canary - Accounting / Pink - File / Etc. This must be supplied camera ready as part of the original.
Rush Service: 48 hours on standard forms, 72 hours on forms with extra features. This service is available by advance arrangement only at a $25.00 per form fee or 15% of total job whichever is more.
Snap Out is available, the price must be taken from the next size up sheet and then add the perforating and cutting charge.If the stub fits within the standard size sheet, then just add for perforating.
Example: 8.5x11.5 would be priced out of an 8.5x14, plus cutting to odd size, plus perf charge, which is the same price as numbering.
Perforating: All parts, same position, use same price guidelines as used above for numbering.
Non-Standard Color Sequence: All parts must print alike, 8.5x11, 8.5 x 14 add $12.00 per 1000 sheets. ($12.00 minimum)
Two Color Job: Take regular price and multiply times 1.35 then add on for colored inks and $10.00 plate charge.
Back Printing: All parts with same copy on back, add $10.00 flat fee, plus $9.00 per 1000 sheets. ($20.00 minimum) for 8.5 x 11 and 8.5 x 14 For 11 x 17 add $15.00 flat fee, plus $12.00 per 1000 sheets.
White Tag Back in lieu of Colored CF: All parts printed with same copy. Add $39.00 per 1000 sheets of 8.5x11 tag required ($20.00 minimum), add $48.00 per 1000 sheets of 14" tag required. Also add price of non-standard color sequence from above.
Shrink Wrap: 25¢ per package.
Padding: Glue Edge 25¢ per pad.Cutting to Odd Size: $1.00 per 1000 sheets ($2.00 minimum).
Books: Up to 100 sheets per book - 65¢ per book, plus perf charges above.
